Pick up Point Co-worker (Makassar)

What you’ll be doing day to day:

• Provide a solution within the level authorization when handling a complaint by followed the currents SOP and comply it to the values where focus to customers
• Ensure the working space is effectively equipped throughout the day in order to provide a seamless easy buying process and the work place is safe and secure environment for visitors
• Identify customer flow in order to provide a better shopping experience also actively offering the service as a solution for customer to purchase IKEA products
• Operate computer or any relevant system and tools to help an easy and efficient working process also manage the stock inventory and storage in order in day to day operations
• Work as a team and proactive to initiate communication within the team and also outside organization

We want you to be a person who:

• Skilled in retail and/or logistics processes, tools and working methods
• Ability to prioritize and organize individual work duties to make the most efficient use of time available
• Confident in approaching and talking to people and demonstrating a friendly manner when approached by colleagues
• A flexible approach/open to change also good personal discipline and attention to detail
• As you will work in Pick up Point, you have the ability to work a mix of day including have willing to be mobile and placed in Makassar or anywhere as needed
