Responsibilities

• Publish the pre and final alert shipment for weekly requirement to all the respective department in-charge (Based on master schedule loading plan and delivery plan).
• Shipment performance or on time delivery.
• Weekly on-going performance report ( Like : Overall sales revenue was posting by each department division, RWO & FWO, SMT, Back-end, Debug, Repair and FG-BIN ).
• Feedback issued and suggestions to Planning Manager for improvements.
• Responsible for the production control functions including master scheduling Planning/Co-ordination, shop scheduling and dispatching.
• Have a good understanding about planner role and meet job description requirement.
• Follow up closing work order in the Navision system
• Daily and weekly closing work order.
• Maintaining attrition report.
• Follow up closely for work order attrition.
• Acknowledge on how to use Navision Matrix B.O.M.
• Acknowledge on how to make Navision shipment authorization

Qualifications

• Min. Diploma Degree
• Have experience as Planner min 2 years
• To be able to implement and manage work environment for product conformity
• To be able to establish effective communication between work group to ensure operations effectiveness
• To be able to identify data for collection and perform analysis
• To be able to initiate actions required to correct/ prevent nonconformance
