Plant Director

Working Location: Jakarta, Indonesia
Working Hour: TBC
Salary: 150,000 - 250,000 THB/Month (5,000 – 7,500 USD)

Qualifications:

• Thai Nationality.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Food Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• More than 15 years of experience in factory or manufacturing management, with over 5 years in a managerial role.
• At least 5 years of latest experience in Food and Beverage manufacturing, particularly in dairy products.
• Fluent in English communication.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, KQCP, KPI, CCP, PRP, allergens, HAS23000-1, SJPH, FSSC, 5R, and GMP.
• Experienced with Master Production System (MPS) and master industrial work concepts.
• Strong leadership and analytical skills.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and evaluate all production process activities periodically to ensure the products produced can meet specified food quality standards and production targets.
• Plan and organize the flow of the production process to ensure that the entire production process runs in accordance with applicable SOPs.
• Supervise and identify reporting results for each production machine and submit requests for repairs to production machines to ensure all production machines are in good condition and can run smoothly.
• Plan and evaluate the maintenance of all production machines according to the specified schedule to ensure the machines are ready for use and minimize downtime.
• Plan and supervise the use of materials needed for the production process to ensure the materials used are following the needs of the production process.
• Plan training and evaluate the performance and competence of each production team regularly to ensure that the entire production team can have competencies that suit the needs of the production process.
• Plan and set aside the necessary labor for each period or batch production to ensure that labor in the field is efficient.
• Standardize and evaluate documentation activities for each production process to ensure all documents related to the production process are complete and valid.
