  • Support plant operations by providing People in put and guideline to the operations team and actively championing associated People Project.
  • Coordinate with People Manager, Site Managers and external stakeholders (manpower, estate, local government) to design and implement People plan
  • Assist managers in HR Processes, implement programs to develop People Skills (recruitment, performance management, coaching, etc.) to align with Group's guideline.
  • Operational excellence of the People function including, handling policies, procedures, and coordinating in the areas of recruitment, organizational development, training, performance management and industrial relations on manufacturing site.
  • Driving and executing People programs and initiatives according to business objectives.
  • To facilitate solutions on the issues of human resources to support achievements of company targets and act as a business partner to the plant management team.
  • Lead the team to recruit and select the quality candidates within the timeline and budget. Participate in identified key positions interviews.
  • Lead the people changes to ensure proper communication, full compliance, and proper process to balance both business and employee needs
  • Identify needs and facilitate training, recruitment, talent development, and other HR functions, as necessary.
  • Manage the employee and industrial relations including addressing employees' concerns, working with local authority and being well informed of related legislations and market trend.
  • Conduct & Oversee Orientation and Induction.
  • As change agent for employee engagement & continuous improvement programs so as to create better lives & welfare for employees.
