Job Description :
- Supervise factory operational activities.
- Ensure production schedules are implemented and the production process runs smoothly.
- Optimize resource to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Ensure all equipment and facilities are well-maintained and operate safely.
- Develop and ensure the implementation of preventive maintenance programs.
- Manage the factory's operational budget.
- Monitor and control production costs to ensure profitability.
- Identify opportunities, cost savings, and implement efficiency improvements.
- Coordinate with the General Manager for the development and implementation of long-term operational strategies.
- Develop and execute plans to improve factory performance and productivity.
