PLANT MANAGER

Key Responsibility

• Conducting research to innovate and improve manufacturing processes.
• Developing methods to optimize operations.
• Designing and planning equipment layouts.
• Carrying out tests and monitoring process performance during production.
• Troubleshooting issues associated to manufacturing processes.
• Evaluating processes and equipment to ensure they meet environmental and safety regulations.
• Scheduling regular maintenance for current equipment
• Doing simple modification towards equipment
• Commisioning new production line (machinaries, process)

Requirement

• Hold a D3 or S1 Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Expertise in one or more of the following areas: production engineering, machining operations and CNC programming, or service engineering in pneumatics and cylinders.
• Experience in implementing Value Stream Mapping, Cycle Time, Motion Time studies, 5S, and lean concepts.
• Adhere to company rules and regulations, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
