Job Descriptions

  • Managing team member in achieving daily target including : planting, fertilizing, watering, until harvesting several plants such as rubber plant, melon, and banana
  • Solving problem effectively & efficiently
  • Giving feedback, coaching & counseling to team members (daily performance, company regulations, work safety)
  • Make improvements to optimize daily operation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree from Agrotechnology with GPA min. 3,00
  • Having at least 1 year working experience as foreman in plantation industries (Rubber & fruits) with good record in planting, fertilizing, watering and harvesting
  • Expert in handling pests, molds and another plant’s disease
  • Have agility and excellent in an under pressure environment
  • Willing to be located in Kabupaten Bandung Barat
