We’re building Base360.ai, the intelligent operating system behind The Flex — automating everything from bookings and payments to cleaning and operations.

Now, we’re looking for an exceptional Platform Engineer to help us scale this system globally.

What You’ll Do

• Architect the Core: Design and scale the foundational systems that power bookings, payments, guest experiences, and operational workflows.
• Integrate Everything: Build robust APIs connecting The Flex to booking channels, payment gateways, and internal tools.
• Automate at Scale: Create systems that make property management effortless — from self-check-ins to real-time reporting.
• Deploy with Confidence: Manage scalable, serverless infrastructure on AWS, ensuring performance and uptime across continents.
• Guard Reliability: Monitor, debug, and continuously improve system health and scalability.
• Collaborate Closely: Work with operations and product teams to turn complex business logic into streamlined, automated systems.
• Code with Discipline: Maintain clean, testable, and maintainable code backed by CI/CD and observability best practices.
  
  

What You Bring

• Strong skills in Node.js, React, and AWS Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with serverless applications and modern DevOps pipelines.
• Deep understanding of API design, integrations, and distributed architecture.
• Familiarity with FastAPI, Python, and scripting tools (bonus points).
• Experience in building automation systems for real estate, travel, or rental operations (a major plus).
• A proactive, solution-first mindset — you solve problems before they become bottlenecks.
