PM with gambling industry experience

Role Description 

This is a full-time remote role for a PM with experience in the gambling industry. We are seeking a candidate who specializes in delivery management to oversee the end-to-end execution of projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely and efficient project delivery. This role focuses on optimizing processes, managing risks, and maintaining clear communication to keep all stakeholders aligned. 

Key responsibilities: 

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, 
• Develop and manage product development plans, schedules, and resource allocations, 
• Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to ensure timely delivery, 
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks that could impact project timelines and deliverables, 
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among teams, including development, design, QA and others, to ensure smooth project execution, facilitate regular meetings to keep team focused and motivated, 
• Drive process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of project delivery, 
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure requirements are met and project goals are aligned with business objectives. 

Requirements: 

• 3+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on delivery management in software or digital product development, 
• Experience in working with products and projects for the gambling or iGaming industry,  
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall), 
• Proven track record of managing project schedules, resources, and budgets, 
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks effectively, 
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, MS Project), 
• Basic understanding of AI and software development processes is a plus, 
• Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master) is an advantage.
