  • Prepare daily production plans from EDI SOs
  • Support WO issuance via QAD ERP/MRP
  • Create MPS in AILOX & daily production
  • Update production achievement & status
  • Coordinate finished goods shipment to EDI/3PL
  • Archive & update documents (DN, SO, etc.)
  • Track vehicle assets (Pilot, ET, PT, competitor)
  • Create import POs in QAD per PPMC request
  • Monitor AFS order from PO to delivery
  • Follow up on payment after PO release
  • Record material orders for new models
