Summary
We are seeking someone with Walk-In/Urgent care experience. The facility is open 8:00am - 8:00pm, 7 days a week, including holidays.
Reporting to Director of CHMG, this position will oversee a practice or a group of practices and be directly responsible for maintaining the balance of clinical and managerial operations, ensuring that all staff are working at optimal levels of performance, clinical and performance metrics are understood, monitored, and achieved, budgets are developed and maintained in order to sustain operations in a fiscally viable manner, patient satisfaction levels and employee engagement levels are exceptional. The Practice Administrator takes a leadership role in the development and implementation of cross-departmental projects and process improvement initiatives, as well as the mentoring of new practice leaders. The position provides practice level strategic leadership that focuses on expanding market share and developing services to meet the needs of the patients in the communities that we serve. Practice Administrators assist to ultimately ensure that the mission, vision, and values of CHMG and Concord Hospital are upheld.
Education
Associates degree and minimum of 7 years of related experience or; Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 5 years of related experience or; Master’s degree and minimum of 2 years of related experience.
Certification, Registration & Licensure
Meets Licensure/Certification requirements per department and/or professional standards.
Experience
Minimum of 5 years demonstrated leadership experience. Knowledge of medical office operations, including scheduling, registration, electronic medical records, patient flow, billing, coding, charge capture, referrals, authorizations, payor guidelines, compliance, credentials, privileges, regulatory agencies, and DNV standards. Familiarity with medical terminology preferred. Urgent Care / Walk in care experience preferred.

- Establishes positive working relationships with providers, CHMG Leadership, and interdepartmental
- Manages departmental core processes.
- Responsible for utilization of provider schedules, and appropriate allocation of provider and support staff.
- Ensures compliance with State, Local and Federal regulatory requirements and the CH Quality
- Establishes and monitors annual department budget, accountable for development of action plans related
- Analyze financial performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Meet with department leadership to
- Trend key performance indicators and ensure targeted benchmarks are achieved in relation to Meaningful
- Recruits, retains and develops staff and manages performance.
- Mentors and supports the development of other practice leaders (assistant practice managers, clinical
