Job Descriptions
- Plan & Execute Trial Class and Open House sessions, including content and activity preparation (teaching aids, worksheets, etc.)
- Conduct On-Class Teaching during Trial Class and Open House
- Coordinate with SA Kids for student and parents engagement
- Prepare Post-Event Reports, including Lead Observation Report and feedback summary
- Assist in Parents Seminar (online/offline) — support presentation or Q&A if needed
- Participate in Training Sessions as part of teacher development
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in early childhood / preschool teaching.
- Strong classroom leadership and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage well with both teachers and parents.
- Passionate about child-centered and play-based learning approaches.
