  • Analyze and map existing business processes across departments
  • Develop, document, and maintain clear and effective Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Product, Tech, HR, and other teams
  • Lead implementation of new procedures and monitor compliance
  • Support daily operational needs and problem-solving
  • Conduct regular audits of existing processes and ensure continuous improvement
  • Provide insights and reports to support strategic decision-making

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
  • 3–5 years experience in process improvement, business operations, or a similar role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in SOP development and operational documentation
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-changing environment (startup mindset!)
  • Proficient with process mapping tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Miro, or Visio)
