Procurement Internship

Procurement Internship will support the procurement team by managing and organizing all documentation related to the procurement process. Responsibilities include recording and archiving documents such as Purchase Orders (PO), invoices, and delivery or shipping notes. Assist in administrative tasks, contract management, and maintaining accurate supplier records. Contribute to supplier evaluation and performance tracking to ensure procurement efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• List key responsibilities of this position that are required daily.
• They perform three-way matching to ensure alignment between the Purchase Request (PR), Purchase Order (PO), Delivery Note/Shipping Document, Invoice and create CDV/Payment Voucher before submitted to Finance
• Maintaining Procurement Records at database
• Record the entire history of the procurement process, starting from the purchase request, PO, delivery documents, to the invoice
• Monitoring Procurement database and process invoices received from suppliers to ensure accurate and timely payments
  

Required Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in a relevant field
• Fresh graduate are welcome
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Self Improvement, team work, Logical Thinking, and able to cooperate effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel, gdocs, gsheet
• Proven experience in an administrative role
• Willingness to learn and grow within the procurement function
