Job Purpose

The position will hold the overall responsibility for Collaborative Manufacturing Procurement in Beauty & Wellbeing Category with Innovation lead for Indonesia. The primary objective is to ensure smooth flow of Procurement activities in CMs, leading innovation workstream for B&W Indonesia, ensuring superior service and supporting superior product through resilience, savings & partnership programs and maintaining right Quality inline with Unilever sustainable sourcing program. The role reports to Procurement Manager – B&W Indonesia

Main Responsibilities

  • Implementation of supplier strategy, Sourcing Network strategy and end to end management of CMs
  • Collaborate with Innovation Planner and develop sourcing strategy for new product development to meet specification, target cost, and launch time.
  • Manage Cost and Service of Contract Manufacturing portfolio by effective assessment of CM partners & through commercial and contract negotiations.
  • Value Chain mapping – Work with Strategy & Insights steam on Value stream mapping to enhance CM performance.
  • Integrating global / regional sourcing strategies with business and plant demands, balancing Demand
  • with Supply
  • Lead CM related Innovations Network Management & act as the Point in Contact for global and rest of Unilever contacts with CMs

Candidate Criteria

Experience & Qualification

  • Supply Chain/ Business Management / Finance Degree
  • English language skills
  • Any related Supply Chain / Procurement Qualification Finance / Management accounting qualification
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in procurement preferably in FMCG
  • Self-starter with strong accountability & responsibility standards
