The Role
The Role
- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers for fuel, lubricants, and related products.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
- Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, and product quality.
- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and prepare regular reports for management.
- Stay updated with market trends, product developments, and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Indonesian trade regulations.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of procurement experience, preferably in fuel, lubricants, or industrial products.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement/ERP systems.
- Knowledge of fuel industry standards and regulations is a strong advantage.
- Willingness to travel between company locations and supplier sites.
- Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English communication skills are preferred.
