Responsibilities
- Purchase goods or services that meet the quantity and quality expectations of the organization
- Negotiate terms with suppliers such as price, quality of goods, deadlines, expectations, etc.
- Track inventory and restock goods when needed
- Stay up to date on industry trends and new products
- Compare available goods with industry trends to determine appropriate pricing
- Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers
- Prepare data, reporting, analysis and support in payment process and documentation
- Have 1 - 2 years of working experience in related field
- Able to manage dealing with multiple parties
- Strong business and commercial mindset
- Excellent negotiation, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Honest and possess high integrity
