Job Descriptions :

• Searching for the qualified suppliers globally as per request, including supplier selection and supplier evaluation
• Planning strategies for sourcing
• Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers (price, performance, quality product, etc)
• Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
• Establish strong relationship and collaborate with supplier
• Maintain updated records of purchased products, data suppliers, price, delivery information, invoices, track orders, and ensure timely delivery with purchasing
• Collaborate and working closely with RND team to alignment of the specifications and product requirements
• Attend the exhibition to stay up to date with industry trend

Qualifications :

• Minimum bachelor's degree of pharmacy/chemistry with a minimum GPA 3.0
• Fresh graduated or max experience 1 year
• Fluent in English, knowledge of other languages is a plus
• Self-improvement, teamwork, logical thinking, and able to cooperate effectively
• Work hard, able to work with target and pressure
• Have a strong negotiation skill
• Good interpersonal and excellent communication skills
• Good knowledge of supplier sourcing process (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors) and latest sourcing technologies
• Strong analytical skills and import process
