Company Description: Traveling itu tak hanya menyenangkan, tapi juga bisa memberikan banyak pengalaman berharga dalam kehidupan. Walaupun begitu, tak sedikit orang yang menganggap traveling itu aktivitas outdoor yang ribet, karena banyaknya hal-hal yang harus dihadapi, Mulai dari permasalahan saat packing, hingga problem yang biasa ditemui ketika perjalanan. Bermula dari keresahan itulah, dua pemuda asal Bandung, Ben Wirawan dan Hanafi Salman, mencoba mencari solusi atas berbagai kekhawatiran serta kesulitan yang biasa ditemui orang saat traveling. Melalui berbagai inovasi fitur yang fungsional dan desainnya yang stylish, serta teknologi kualitas bahan tas yang lebih ringan namun lebih kuat, kini Torch tak hanya memenuhi kebutuhan traveling, tapi juga tumbuh lebih besar dengan memberikan kemudahan serta memecahkan masalah dalam berbagai segi kehidupan, mulai dari aktivitas urban traveling, hingga ke aktivitas harian seperti kuliah dan bekerja. Job Description: Job Overview: DND is seeking an experienced Production Engineer to join our team. This position is responsible for ensuring that the luggage designs created by our design team can be efficiently produced to meet the established specifications. The ideal candidate will have the ability to solve technical issues that may arise during the production process and work closely with the factory to implement designs with high quality and maximum efficiency. Job Role: - Ensure that luggage designs from the design team can be correctly implemented in the factory, in accordance with the established technical specifications.

• Work closely with the production team at the factory to ensure smooth production processes, from prototype creation to mass production.
• Identify and resolve technical issues that arise during the production process, including those related to materials, manufacturing processes, and equipment.
• Conduct product testing to ensure quality, durability, and alignment with the original design before proceeding to mass production.
• Monitor and ensure that quality standards are met throughout the production process, conducting regular inspections and providing feedback for improvements.
• Develop and implement methods to improve production efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize waste.
• Create and maintain accurate and complete technical documentation, including production guidelines and issue reports.
• Ensure that the produced prototypes align with the design and can be consistently manufactured on a large scale.
• Collaborate closely with the design team to understand their vision and provide technical input on feasibility and potential production challenges.
• Provide technical training to the production team at the factory to ensure that all staff understand the specifications and processes required to produce high-quality products.
