Job Description

• Coordinate other department to support piloting’s, establish proven method, which can be produced in mass production.
• Together with the team to find the best method in pack out with budgeted cost.
• Active in internal and external communications to follow up all development aspects.
• Releasing internal documents, such as parts list, product specification
• Maintain the production quality by monitoring weekly test result.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (S1), majoring in Engineering with GPA > 3.00
• Fresh graduate or minimum 1 year experience in manufacturing plant in the same position.
• Basic knowledge on production process, general maintenance equipment & safety
• Advance level on product development knowledge
• Proactive, open minded, problem solver, and team player.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skill both verbal and written English.
• Willing to work with Fashion Dolls Product
• Willing to work in Cikarang – Bekasi
