Job Responsibilities

• You will development, improve and maintain of quality-related documentation (ex: control plan, FMEA, process capability studies).
• You will support product industrialization and continuous improvement of product specification.
• You will drive process capability improvement activities; drive KPI performance.
• You will drive and improve customer satisfaction of products and services through contact with internal customers, layered audits.
• You will assist in technical issues through scientific problem solving activities within the borders/guidelines of QUALITY standards and process.
  
  

Job Requirements

• You have a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related field.
• You have 5+ years of manufacturing experience in plant quality & technology
• You have 2 to 3 years of management experience in a manufacturing environment
• You have experience working in an Union environment
• You have experience in a Continuous Improvement / Zero Loss Concept / Plant Optimization / Total Productive Maintenance / Lean environment
• You have understanding of statistical analysis
• You have strong customer focus, both internal and external
• You have solid background in scheduling, quality, safety and project management
• You have demonstrated leadership and coaching skills (Servant Leader)
• You have strong Problem solving skills and mentality
• You are courageous and willing to make decisions
• You have collaborative style and ability to influence
• You are open minded, pro-active and able to drive change
• You have high sense of urgency and ability to deal with multiple and/or conflicting priorities
• You have strong communication skills (written and oral)
• You have demonstrated financial and business acumen
• You are fluent in English
