Product Manager

Job Description

• Responsible for marketing function and marketing strategy
• Prepare and align annual strategic plan in order to achieve Mahsuri brand and category performance
• Prepare management reports and analysis to track brand health performance, category performance, market share, product and pricing information and analysis
• Support and execute any global research, advertising campaign, new product development, food service program and trade event
• Lead country advertising & promotion program, work on above the line (ATL), eg. digital/social media, below the line (BTL) and product packaging development and implementation
• Work closely with sales team to formulate trade marketing plans to drive channel growth
• Responsible for retail product forecasting as well as inventory management
• Conduct internal and external product trainings to ensure sales and merchandising excellence at distributor sales force level
• Manage all consumer enquiries

Job Specification

• Degree holder in Business, Marketing or related fields
• At least 8 years of working experience in the same or relevant capacity, preferably from fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry and having experience in managing Sauce/Condiment category is an added advantage to the candidate
• Experience in e-commerce marketing is an advantage
• Preferably multi-lingual, with verbal competence in languages such as English and any local language
• Independent, self-motivated and determined to succeed in a challenging environment
