Responsibilities

  • Execute the end-to-end execution of product initiatives, ensuring smooth rollout and adoption.
  • Create and maintain process flows (documentation, diagrams) to standardize and streamline operations.
  • Work closely with Product Managers, Operations, Finance, and Tech to improve operational workflows.
  • Identify current pain points in existing processes and propose solutions for improvement.
  • Collect, validate, and analyze data to support decision-making
  • Manage and maintain internal dashboards and reporting tools (e.g: Google Sheets, Google Data Studio).
  • Help identify and resolve bottlenecks in day-to-day operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree holders are welcome to apply — preferably in Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills; comfortable working with data (Excel/Sheets, SQL a plus).
  • Strong interest in process improvement, operational workflows, and product development.
  • Excellent communication & collaboration skills across teams (Product, Tech, Ops, Finance).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong ownership mindset with ability to execute in a fast-paced environment.
