Job Summary

As a Product Owner at Tyr Rewards, you will play a critical role in defining and championing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our rewarded apps Tyr Rewards and Captain Prosper. You will be responsible for managing the product backlog, prioritizing features, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products that meet our users' needs and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Tyr Rewards app.

• Translate user needs and business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.

• Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with the overall product strategy.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products.

• Conduct market research, analyze user feedback, and stay informed about competitor activities and industry trends.

• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the product and identify areas for improvement.

• Contribute to the development of user acquisition and retention strategies.

• Manage relationships with partners who provide rewards or other value-added services.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a fast-paced technology environment.

• Experience with rewarded apps or mobile gaming is required.

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product development lifecycle.

• Strong understanding of tracking and reporting of MMP’s and Web based tracking solutions.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

• Demonstrated experience in driving mobile engagement and optimization through A/B testing.

• Passion for building innovative and user-friendly mobile products. 

• Understanding of Flutter & SQL is a plus
