Responsibilities

What You Should Have:

  • Willing to stay in Medan.
  • Fresh graduates and experienced candidates are welcome.
  • Demonstrate good interpersonal skill, well-organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical, multi-tasking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively.
  • Proactive, confident, and eager to learn.
  • Highly proficient in administrative tasks.

Requirements

What You'll Contribute On:

  • Create detailed and well-structured test plans and cases.
  • Define and maintain test scenarios and cases to meet all requirements.
  • Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities for new and existing products.
  • Use the product in real-world scenarios to evaluate its performance, functionality, and usability.
  • Review requirements and design documents to provide timely feedback.
  • Provide constructive feedback on both positive aspects and areas needing improvement from a tester and user perspective.
  • Detect and document any bugs, defects, or issues encountered during testing
  • Communicate efficiently with stakeholders.
