Job Description
- Perform QC on raw materials for production needs
- Execute production activities for IoT devices according to the defined timeline
- Perform maintenance the IoT Device
- Perform final QC on produced goods before being delivered to users
- Perform QC on returned goods for maintenance and provide repair recommendations
- Perform occasional functional QA on raw materials in the warehouse
- Assist users in calls to give technical repair recommendations
- Final-year student or fresh graduate in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Basic knowledge of electronics and IoT hardware components.
- Experience in soldering, testing, or assembling electronic devices is a plus.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues.
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and assist users.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic, hands-on work environment.
