One of a leading company in Food Manufacturing Industry is currently looking to hire Production Manager to increase their operation

Preferred Requirements:
- Extensive experience in FMCG production, with a focus on seafood products.
- Lead the end-to-end production process, ensuring operational efficiency and excellence.
- Implement and oversee automation processes to enhance production capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives within the production environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in implementing and managing end-to-end production processes.
- Proven track record of driving operational excellence and implementing automation technologies.
- Strong understanding of quality control standards and food safety regulations.
- Preferably worked in a food company environment with a deep understanding of the industry's dynamics.
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in production management or supply chain operations.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
