We seek a Production Manager with kitchen and cabinetry manufacturing expertise to lead and oversee our production operations. This role is critical to ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality kitchen cabinetry products while optimizing production efficiency.
What You Will Do
- Production Planning and Management
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet delivery timelines and customer demands.
- Oversee the entire production process, from raw material procurement to finished product delivery.
- Team Leadership and Development
- Manage, train, and mentor production staff, including operators, CNC machineries, and quality control personnel.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on skill sets and production priorities.
- Quality Control
- Establish and enforce quality control procedures to ensure finished products meet design specifications and standards.
- Process Improvement
- Analyze production workflows and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize costs.
- Inventory and Resource Management
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials, tools, and supplies.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
Required
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in kitchen or cabinetry production management.
- Strong knowledge of cabinetry manufacturing processes, materials, and machinery.
- Proven ability to set up and manage production units efficiently.
- Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and production specifications.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Experience with production management software and tools.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and practices.
