Production Manager (Textile Manufacture)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day Production
• Ensuring efficient production processes
• Develop and execute production plans, with a focus on optimizing workflows (e.g., planning for different product models)
• Take initiative in planning and executing production strategies
• Improve overall production efficiency

Requirements:

• Min Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as Production Manager role within the manufacturing textile sector
• Proven ability to drive operational excellence and achieve growth targets
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
