The Role

Production Superintendent exists to supervise daily production process & finishing line in Order to Achieve the Right production quantity target in HSE Way, with Right quality at Right time and also with Most effective utilization of Resources.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise production process and finishing lines in order to achieve target of productivity, quality, 5S & cost effectiveness.
• Supervise Process improvement project: Productivity, quality, 5S & cost effectiveness.
• Coordinate support from outside department and shift-to-shift coordination.
• Control & supervise the daily / weekly / monthly Implementation of GMP, 5S & SHE on production floor.
• Assist Production Manager to develop skill and competencies of people for short term and long term.
• Control & supervise group leaders, operators, etc. during production process in order to achieve production target in HSE way.
• Cascade and communicate all the targets to group leaders in order to enhance employee’s awareness & enhance the sense of belonging.
• Analyze planned or unplanned downtime caused by production Issue and report the action plan to Production Manager.
• Ensure Implementing 5S and GMP22716 / ISO 9001 / ISO14001 / OHSAS 18001 / Halal Guarantee system and ensure standardized work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor 's Degree in Chemical Engineering.
• Min. 2 years' experience in production or manufacturing, preferably in FMCG industry.
• Understanding of equipment and processes used in FMCG production, such as mixing, filling, packaging, and quality control.
• Ability to analyze production data, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements.
• Familiarity with industry standard (i.e. GMP, ISO).
• Ability to manage, train, and motivate a team of operators.
• Quick decision-making abilities and skills to handle production issues effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for reporting, team briefings, and coordination with other departments.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes in production schedules or processes.
