Program Legal Officer (PLO)

• Memberikan pendapat/opini hukum yang diperlukan dalam kegiatan usaha perusahaan

• Membuat dan mempersiapkan (drafting) serta memeriksa (review) dokumen dari sisi hukum

• Memastikan kegiatan perusahaan maupun dokumen hukum yang terkait sesuai dengan ketentuan hukum yang berlaku

• Menangani proses litigasi yang melibatkan perusahaan

• Minimum Qualifications: Memiliki minat pada bidang hukum di dunia perbankan
• Lulusan Sarjana (S1/S2) dengan IPK minimal 2,75 (skala 4,00)
• Memiliki latar belakang pendidikan Hukum
• Freshgraduate atau pengalaman 1-2 tahun di bidang hukum
• Usia maksimal 24 tahun untuk lulusan S1 dan 26 tahun untuk lulusan S2
• Bersedia menjalani pendidikan dan ikatan dinas setelah pendidikan
• Belum menikah dan bersedia untuk tidak menikah selama pendidikan
