Program Manager (Digital Automation)

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the strategy of all interrelated projects
• Demonstrating the potential benefit, and understanding company impact
• In charge of ensuring groups of projects are carried out effectively
• Oversees groups of projects that are linked through a common organizational goal
• Works to make sure the program is aligned with the organization’s larger strategy
• Work with Project Managers to plan project schedules, budgets, and goals
• Collaborate with executive management to help achieve an organization’s goals and come up with new strategies, defend project next steps
• Lead special projects end-to-end, mentor new people
• Facilitate communication across different projects and cross-functional teams
• Elaborate more the business case to defend the technology
• Ensuring the delivery of new products or services from projects is to the appropriate level of quality, on time and within budget, in accordance with the program plan and program governance arrangements
• Managing third party contributions to the program
• Managing both the dependencies and the interfaces between projects
• Other project’s administrative requirements

Job Requirements

• Min 6 years managing projects, mostly IT/OT and/or digital project
• Project Manager role experience
• Experienced or involved in Industry 4.0 or Digital Transformation type of project
• Basic knowledge of data communications and IT/OT system integration is an advantage
• Involved in Change Management for transformation Projects
• Familiar with project benefit or ROI analysis and calculation
• Minimum Bachelor degree
• Certified in Project Management
• Experience in managing more than 3 projects for different client at the same time
• Understand & experience in using (any of) project management tools
• Proficient in English
• Willing to be placed in Serpong area
