Responsibilities:

Tanoto Foundation is searching for Program Senior Associates which is responsible for the management of youth scholarship, RGM School development (Blok Songo dan Besitang), and community development (Binjai and Belawan).

Key Responsibilities:

• Program Initiation and Program Management
• Identify and propose to TANOTO FOUNDATION’s management programs to be implemented in around Medan city and in the Sumatera Utara province (Medan Programs)
• Manage the implementation of Medan programs, including the reporting of progress and the control of the budget
• Support the implementation of the Foundation’s national programs in the province as well as programs implemented under other foundation supervised by TANOTO FOUNDATION
• Partnership management and Public Relations
• Leads the coordination between TANOTO FOUNDATION and its corporate partners in Sumatera Utara province, i.e., Asian Agri, APRIL, and other affiliated companies in Sumatera Utara
• Leads the interaction between TANOTO FOUNDATION and Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) as well as other universities in the province.
• Maintain contacts and networks with media and public figures in North Sumatera to support TANOTO FOUNDATION, other foundation managed by TANOTO FOUNDATION, the Tanoto family, and the affiliated business unites
• Collect relevant information from public regarding TANOTO FOUNDATION, Tanoto Family and the affiliated business units, and then relay the information on a timely basis to the relevant officers
• Others:
• Supervise the financial and administrative functions in the Medan Office
• Liaise with auditors (internal and external) and follow up audit recommendations
