Project Administration

1. Managing project schedules, timelines, and budgets.
2. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, reports, and correspondence.
3. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates and reports.
4. Procure project needs such as assets, tools, and services.
5. Arrange travel for the project team or stakeholders as needed.
6. Track project expenditures and ensure the allocated budget is being used as planned.

Requirements:

1. Minimum Diploma degree in Civil Engineering.
2. Minimum 1 year of experience in project administration or related field.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
4. Have a driving license (SIM A/SIM C).
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Willing to work on a mobile basis and travel for business trips.
7. Willing to be placed at Rancaekek, Bandung Regency.
