Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Execution

  • Coordinate with designers, copywriters, developers, and other creative professionals to ensure project alignment and collaboration across all phases.
  • Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring clarity, understanding, and accountability for project deliverables.
  • Facilitate regular team meetings to track progress, identify potential risks, and proactively address any issues or roadblocks.
  • Oversee the execution of creative projects, ensuring they adhere to established quality standards, scope, and client expectations.
  • Monitor project progress against the timeline, making necessary adjustments to the plan, resource allocation, or priorities to ensure timely delivery.

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear, consistent, and professional communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Present project proposals, progress updates, and final deliverables to clients with confidence and clarity.
  • Gather and incorporate client feedback into project development, managing the revision process effectively.
  • Provide regular status updates and detailed progress reports to both clients and internal stakeholders.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain detailed and organized project documentation, including project plans, schedules, progress reports, meeting notes, and change orders.

Requirements

  • Have a professional experience in project coordination, project administration, or a similar role, ideally within a creative agency, marketing department, or fast-paced business environment.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience managing multiple creative projects (e.g., web development, branding campaigns, content creation) simultaneously.
  • Possess a high level of organization with the ability to manage complex schedules, prioritize tasks effectively, and ensure all hard deadlines are met without fail.
  • Maintain an acute focus on detail in all aspects of work, from documentation and progress tracking to the final quality assurance of deliverables.
  • Must be able to communicate articulately, professionally, and diplomatically across all mediums.
  • Exhibit a strong, proactive mindset and high level of self-motivation, demonstrating a keen willingness to learn, adapt, and drive projects forward in a dynamic environment.
