Project Execution Assistant Manager

The Project Execution Assistant Manager will play a critical role in supporting the Project Manager in planning, executing, and completing projects (mainly related to factory). This position requires strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate with the project team, monitor schedules, manage budgets, and ensure the project is completed according to specifications, timelines, and financial constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and organization of projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that all stages of the project are clearly defined and structured.
• Coordinate project tasks and resources to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in the execution of the project plan.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, including setting key milestones and deadlines to keep the project on track.
• Manage the project budget and ensure that expenses are in line with the cost estimates, making adjustments when necessary to stay within financial constraints.
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of project documentation, including progress reports, work plans, and project records to ensure all information is up-to-date and accurate. Also, oversee the quality of project work, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations
• Prepare and manage contracts with suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring that all agreements are properly executed and adhered to.
• Conduct project risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies to minimize the impact of potential issues on project success.
• Resolve project-related issues by finding effective solutions to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion.

Requirements:

• Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering major, concentration structure and contraction more preferable
• At least 7 years of working experience in the related field is required and experience in handling factory project will be a plus point
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.
• Proficiency in using Structure Analysis Program (SAP) software, or other similar software
• Having a driving license will be a plus point
• Able to operate a project management application software such as Microsoft Project
• Ability to calculate building structures and construction
• Strong leadership abilities, effective communication, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and track project progress effectively
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines
