As a Project Leader, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating field activities, ensuring the smooth operation of projects, and leading teams to meet performance, safety, and quality standards. Your leadership and organizational skills will be key in maintaining efficiency and productivity on the ground.

Requirements

• Hold a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management or related field preferred.
• Demonstrate a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in project onsite
• Strong understanding of project management including truck & trailer failure analysis or automotive engineering related
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate teams and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
• Proficient in project management software and tools to track progress, schedules, and budgets.
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily on-site activities, ensuring projects meet quality and safety standards.
• Collaborate with project managers and other departments to ensure seamless communication and operational efficiency.
• Track and report progress, addressing any issues or delays promptly to keep projects on track.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including progress reports and inspection records.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed, promoting a clean and safe working environment.
