Position Summary
We are seeking a sharp, proactive PMO (CEO Office) professional to help lead and execute key business development initiatives. This role partners closely with the CEO, supporting strategic planning, identifying new growth opportunities, and ensuring initiatives are delivered with impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive strategic projects from planning to execution in collaboration with the CEO.
- Identify new business opportunities and build growth strategies aligned with group priorities.
- Develop business cases, market entry proposals, and partnership frameworks.
- Track initiative progress, generate insight-based reports, and recommend improvements.
- Lead cross-functional coordination to ensure timely execution of initiatives.
- Conduct market and competitor research to inform business decisions.
- Prepare concise presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in PMO, CEO/Director Office, or Business Development.
- Excellent project management, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical capabilities and strategic thinking.
- Experience working with senior leadership on high-impact projects.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
- Lean Six Sigma certification (preferred).
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Willing to be based in Surabaya.
