Project Management Specialist

Job Description :

• Design project implementation plans to achieve goals and objectives in line with the organization's business strategy.
• Coordinate member formation, implementation strategy and project charter preparation together with Project Sponsor, Project Management Office Unit Head and Project Manager.
• Submit a project implementation proposal to Management.
• Monitor the project implementation process and ensure that it runs in accordance with the planning, timeline, and target set by the Project Sponsor and create Project Progress reports.
• Supervise and review the Project Manager in the completion of the project in accordance with the timeline and Project Charter.
• Manage risks, obstacles, and change processes within the project scope, and collaborate with the Project Manager in conducting evaluations to take necessary corrective actions.
• Prepare reports and manage the administration of each project implemented.

Job Requirment :

• Maximum 30 years old
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s degree, all majors.
• Preferably with 1 year experience in Financial Services Industry
• Attention to detail, analytical thinking, communication skill and teamwork, Problem Solving and Negotiation
• Good in English both Speaking and Writing
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powepoint and Visio)
