Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role involves coordinating with teams, managing resources, and mitigating risks to achieve project objectives.

Responsibilities :

• Plan & Define Project Scope – Develop project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate Teams & Resources – Assign tasks, manage workloads, and ensure team collaboration.
• Monitor Project Progress – Track milestones, identify risks, and implement solutions.
• Budget & Cost Management – Control project expenses and allocate resources efficiently.
• Ensure Stakeholder Communication – Provide regular updates and align project goals with business objectives.
• Manage Risks & Issues – Identify potential obstacles and develop mitigation strategies.
• Evaluate & Report Project Performance – Analyze outcomes and provide recommendations for future projects.

• Must be an Indonesian citizen.
• Must be willing to participate in a one-year remote internship program.
• Must be willing to serve as a committee member for YBB programs for one year.
• Must possess good physical and mental health, along with strong communication skills.
• Must be capable of performing effectively under challenging circumstances.
• Must be tech-savvy.

• Project Management: Trello, Asana, Jira, Monday.com.
• Communication & Collaboration: Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zoom.
• Documentation & Reporting: Google Docs, Microsoft Office, Notion.
