About the role

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team and ensure seamless project execution for our SaaS clients. This is a senior role where you will be responsible for managing multiple projects across UX design, development, graphic design, and conversion optimization.

The role involves client communication, team coordination, and process improvement, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and exceed client expectations. For the first 3-6 months, you will be based in Bali, working closely with leadership to transition into the role. After this period, the position will be fully remote. If you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and have experience in tech or creative agencies, we’d love to hear from you!

What we are looking for

We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager who can seamlessly manage multiple projects, ensure smooth communication between teams and clients, and drive results. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, excellent English communication, and experience in tech or creative agencies. You should be comfortable handling client interactions, overseeing sprints, and improving processes while keeping everything on track.

• Senior-level experience – At least 2-3 years in a similar role, preferably in a tech or creative agency.
• Exceptional English communication skills – You’ll be working with international clients, primarily in the United States.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities – Ability to lead projects, resolve challenges, and drive results.
• Marketing knowledge – Experience with marketing projects is a plus.
• Time-zone flexibility – Some client meetings may take place early in the morning (5-7 AM), though not daily.
• Process-driven mindset – Ability to work closely with leadership to improve project workflows and documentation.
• Tech-savvy – Familiarity with tools like Trello, Hubstaff, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Based in Indonesia – Must be willing to relocate to Bali for the first 3-6 months (relocation costs covered). Afterward, the role will transition to full remote.

What you’ll do

As our Project Manager, you’ll be the bridge between our clients and internal teams, ensuring that projects run efficiently and deliver outstanding results. You’ll be responsible for client communication, team coordination, sprint planning, reporting, and keeping projects on budget. You’ll also work closely with leadership to improve workflows and contribute to strategic decisions, making a real impact on how we operate.

• Client Communication – Handle daily client requests via Slack and email, ensuring clear and timely communication.
• Project Coordination – Manage the execution of UX design, development, graphic design, and conversion optimization projects.
• Meetings & Reporting – Attend client meetings, run daily team stand-ups, and oversee weekly sprint planning.
• Budget & Timeline Management – Ensure projects stay on budget and are delivered on time.
• Process Improvement – Work alongside leadership to optimize workflows, improve documentation, and enhance team efficiency.
• Strategic Decision-Making – Have a say in how projects are structured and executed, ensuring they align with business goals.
