Project Manager

Hello! We are The Habitat Design Group. POT Branding House is looking for a full time project manager .

At POT, Project Managers are responsible to become resourceful of our service and ensure the end to end process of project execution meets with the set standard of timeline, quality, and budget.

Employment type: Full time with 3 months probation, WFO

Scope of Work:

1. Understanding The service:

• Project planning:

Outlining project scope, goals, deliverables. Timelines, resources, and budget requirements

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives and align strategies for successful execution.

• Quality Assurance

Ensure all touchpoints are included in the presentation deck and aligned with client demands

Conduct thorough reviews on the alignment of client’s tendency and intention with deliverables quality and consistency

2. Team Collaboration

Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams such as design, copy, GTM, and sales to ensure alignment and effective collaboration throughout project lifecycles.

Provide clear guidance and direction to team members to ensure project milestones are met.

3. Stakeholder Communication

Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal stakeholders, clients, and partners

Provide regular project updates, status reports, and performance summaries to ensure everyone is informed and aligned.

4. Risk Management

Identify potential risks and challenges that could impact project success.

Develop contingency plans and proactive strategies to mitigate risks and address unforeseen obstacles.

5. Producerial

Backend Producing: conduct out of office project-related activities / initiatives

Output Producing: Produce project-related implementation (eg Merch, video, printed goods, etc) including budgeting and vendor/partner management

Requirements:

- Minimum Bachelor's degree of a reputable university

- Minimum 3 years of project management experience

- Passionate and experienced in handling Design and Branding projects is preferred.
