Hexagon Mining: Our mining technologies provide surveying, design, fleet management, production optimisation and collision avoidance capabilities in a single, life-of-mine solution that connects people and processes, reduces costs and improves the safety and productivity of mine sites.

We have established long-term partnerships with several leading mining operators in Indonesia, particularly in Balikpapan, to optimize operations and safety systems using Hexagon FMS and Safety solutions.

The Position: Reporting to the Customer Solution Manager, as a Project Manager you will be the client representative for such contract overseeing the delivery of our solution from conceptual support through project implementation to final handover. You will define, scope and develop required project plans to reach key milestones

This role will see you work cross functionally and lead multi disciplined teams to ensure project objective and deliverables are meeting timeline and commercial commitments. In addition, as our client Project Manager, you will run multiple subset projects within the wider project portfolio.

Roster: This position will see you work hybrid between site, office and home. There is a roster rotation between Balikpapan and site which will range from 4on 2 weeks off rotation or a 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off rotation, depending on assignment and will be discussed through the process.

About You

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a background in mining of operational technology projects, who is seeking an opportunity that will expand their skills in a diverse and fast growing global company.

Your technical expertise in project management principles, complimented with your customer service and people skills will see you lead our APAC regions most significant development in our growing customer base. In addition, you will have the following skills/attributes;

• Prior experience in mining operations ideally within Fleet Management System Technology, Safety systems.
• Prior experience in Project Management, with proven success in delivering projects from conception through to implementation. ideally in medium to large scale projects
• Ability build cohesive relationship across a diverse customer and stakeholder group.
• Ability to speak both English and Bahasa fluently.
• Valid Competency Certificate for Mining Operational Supervisor (Pengawas Operasional Utama - POM) from BNSP (Badan Nasional Sertifikasi dan Profesi).
