Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and supervise all project deadlines and team performance.
  • Track and manage the entire sales pipeline/tunnel to ensure conversion efficiency.
  • Act as the main liaison between the company and clients/prospective clients for any agenda, meeting, or follow-up.
  • Represent the owner in project coordination, internal decisions, and external meetings.
  • Lead daily operations and be responsible for overall office management.
  • Collaborate closely with each division to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Identify bottlenecks or issues and proactively resolve them.
  • Manage project documentation, reports, and timelines.
  • Lead project meetings and provide clear, actionable feedback to teams.
  • Ensure projects meet high standards of quality, timeliness, and budget control.
  • Support strategic planning and workflow optimization across departments.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar coordination role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • High attention to detail and results-driven mindset.
  • Flexible, dynamic, and highly adaptable to change.
  • Creative thinker with a proactive problem-solving attitude.
  • Fast learner and able to work at a fast pace with accuracy.
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools (e.g. Trello, Asana, or similar).
  • Experience in handling both internal and client communications professionally.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken) is a plus.
