You will act as the primary point of contact between the client and internal teams, ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality solutions while maintaining strong client relationships.

- Oversee end-to-end delivery of loyalty-focused projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and scope are met.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver client objectives.
- Act as the main liaison with clients, understanding their loyalty program goals and translating them into actionable project plans.
- Provide regular updates, manage client expectations, and gather feedback.
- Offer insights on loyalty concepts and program structures, tailoring solutions to industry best practices.
- Support clients in optimizing program strategies for customer retention and engagement.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to maintain project momentum.
- Resolve issues effectively, ensuring projects stay on track.
- Continuously track loyalty program KPIs and system performance, providing actionable insights, regular check-ins, and proactive solutions to ensure optimal customer engagement and client satisfaction.
- Monitor project performance and deliver detailed reports for stakeholders.
- Evaluate program effectiveness using data and recommend improvements.
- 2+ years of experience in project management, preferably in loyalty, CRM, or marketing-related projects.
- Solid understanding of loyalty programs, customer retention strategies, and engagement tools.
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Lark or similar).
- Familiarity with analytics tools and basic reporting (e.g., Google Analytics, loyalty dashboards).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships effectively.
- Excellent presentation skill.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Adaptability to dynamic client needs and changing priorities.
- Willing to hybrid work at Bintaro, Tangerang Selatan
