job requirements:

2. Have good communication, coordination and overall planning skills. Have a strong sense of customer service.

Job Responsibilities:

1. According to the requirements of customers and the company, responsible for the review of order unit prices and confirmation of delivery dates; responsible for the review of early quotations for newly developed samples; responsible for the review of mass production ERP system orders and change orders; responsible for the review of new customer introductions; assistting related merchandiser to deal with abnormal items, orders and follow up related issues.

2. Responsible for connecting with domestic and foreign customers or marketing to promote and promote packaging products, and develop new customers;

3. Responsible for receiving new customers and new projects. Assignment and personnel arrangements for new projects;

4. Responsible for budget planning/statistics and analysis of monthly and annual turnover according to customer and company requirements;

5. Responsible for the management of the project team, team building, internal training and supervision and assessment;

6. Focus on the customer development plan and be responsible for the maintenance and development management of customer relationships;

7. Comprehensively coordinate the sales plan, follow up and summarize the processing of sluggish PO and sluggish inventory;

8. Communication, coordination and exception handling among various departments;

9. Perform various tasks assigned by the company and superiors.

岗位职责：

1.按客户和公司要求,负责订单单价的审核和交期的确认;负责新开发样品前期报价的审核;负责量产ERP系统订单和变更单的审核 ；负责新客户导入的审核；协助相关跟单员处理异常项目，订单及跟进相关问题。

2.负责对接国内外客户或营销进行包装产品的推广和宣传，及新客户的开发；

3.负责接收新客户和新项目。对新项目的分配及人员安排；

4.按客户和公司要求,负责月份和年度营业额的预算规划/统计和分析；

5.负责项目团队的管理工作，团队建设，内部培训及监督考核；

6.围绕客户开发计划，负责客户关系的维护与开发管理；

7.综合协调销货计划，跟进汇总呆滞PO和呆滞库存的处理；

8.各部门间的沟通协调、异常处理；

9.执行公司及上级的各项任务。
