Job Description

  • Lead the report creation until it is finished smoothly and on time
  • Ensure the data collection runs well
  • Coordinate with other departments in the company
  • Working with external writer & designer
  • Together with the Head of ESG, ensure the content of the report writer meets the company's needs.
  • Coordinate with JALA's marketing team to make sure the items used and the design align with the company standard
  • Regularly monitor progress with the Head of ESG.

  • Having self-leadership and self-motivation

  • A Detailed person
  • Fast work pace
  • Meticulous in data calculation and verification
  • Good communication (they will communicate primarily with cross-departmental teams)

Hard Skills Needed

  • Familiar with the GRI standard
  • Having the ability to organise a report based on the framework (experienced in creating SR previously and added value)
  • Experienced in copywriting or formal report writing (press release or academic article).
  • Fluent in English (would be great if they have the ability in formal English writing).
  • Having creativity in design (needed to check and build the design along with partners)
  • Most importantly, have enough time, minimum 4 hours a day, for 3 months to get the report done
