Job Description
Business Development: Identify and engage with top developers to foster and maintain strong business relationships through direct interaction.
Distributor Relations: Build and maintain regular communication with assigned distributors to effectively promote product offerings, ensuring alignment with company marketing objectives.
Sales Support and Training: Guide and evaluate distributor sales activities, providing training and resolving inquiries related to sales strategies and technical issues.
Architect and Developer Engagement: Cultivate relationships with design architects and developers to enhance awareness and preference for products in their projects.
Contractor Communication: Regularly connect with contractors, builders, and engineers to highlight the benefits of the products for their clients.
Market Analysis: Analyze sales trends, market conditions, and competitor activities within your designated area to propose effective sales strategies and adjustments.
Sales Forecasting: Prepare annual sales forecasts based on thorough market analysis and competitive insights to inform strategic planning.
Quality Assurance: Conduct inspections of distributor warehouses and customer sites as necessary, addressing any complaints regarding product quality or performance.
Project Coordination: Ensure smooth handover of approved projects to distributors, monitoring timely product delivery and contract fulfillment.
Industry Participation: Attend company sales meetings and industry events to enhance product knowledge and strengthen relationships with distributors and customers.
Administrative Duties: Prepare necessary correspondence and reports related to sales activities, expenses, and claims.
Market Intelligence Sharing: Share insights and market intelligence with management and relevant colleagues to support strategic initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, interior design, architecture, or business administration preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, particularly in project sales, demonstrating a successful track record.
- Strong networking abilities and proven experience working with top property developers and second-tier developers.
- Established relationships with architects, consultants, and interior design firms.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet high targets with a target-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in independent planning and execution, showcasing initiative and creativity.
- Collaborative team player with experience in cross-departmental coordination.
- Familiarity with the bath and kitchen industry is a plus.
- Strong command of English, with excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- No objection with frequent travelling
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
