Role: Property Consultant (Full-Time, On-Site. Malang)

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on property purchases and investments
  • Lead property viewings and virtual tours
  • Negotiate deals between buyers and sellers
  • Stay current on Malang’s real-estate market trends
  • Prepare contracts and transaction documents
  • Build long-term client relationships and meet sales targets


Qualifications

  • Proven sales and consulting experience in real estate
  • Strong communication, customer-service, and interpersonal skills
  • In-depth knowledge of the Malang property market
  • Able to work independently and within a team
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred
  • Proficiency with real-estate software/tools is a plus
