• HANDS ON LEARNING: practical exposure and hands on experience in various departments & functions. Engaging in real time projects and participating in day-to-day operations to gain a holistic view of our business.
• MULTI-METIER SKILLS DEVELOPMENT: facilitate the development of essential management skills: leadership, problem solving, communications & strategic thinking.
• EXPOSURE TO L'OREAL CULTURE: as the intern, you'll get the immersion in L'Oreal ecosystem, culture and ways of working. Providing a glimpse into the dynamics of our workplace.
